On February 21 we will start a drive at 5:00 in the morning with a bus toward Aswan. On arrival, we will check in the Cruise Ship Hotel around lunchtime.
After we get our rooms, we will have lunch in the Nile Cruise Restaurant. After lunch, you have free time to explore and see how the locals live in Aswan city. Here are our recommendations for sightseeing suitable for the time window Ticket sold separably at the venue or add-on during booking:
The next day early in the morning, around 8:00, we get ready for the tour. We will ask for takeaway breakfast and check out from the Cruise.
First, we will visit the Abu Simbel Temples and give an introduction and the historical background.
Second, we will visit the Temple of Nefertari and give an introduction and the historical background.
After the historical information, we will get ready to find a perfect spot to witness the sun illumination event, Sun Festival Event.
After the sun has passed, we will make a small trip to the High Dam in Aswan and have lunch in a local restaurant.
Get ready to drive back to Hurghada and to your hotel.
