The Red Sea Reisen Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility and transparency for all our guests. We understand that travel plans may change, and therefore we make the cancellation process simple and fair. This policy applies to all tours, excursions, and travel packages booked through our website or directly with our team.

Free Cancellation Period

You can cancel your confirmed booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. During this period, the full amount paid will be refunded to you without any penalties.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before departure, or if a guest does not show up at the meeting point, refunds may not be available. Some exceptions may apply for private tours, Nile Cruises, or special packages, which have different cancellation terms.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel your tour, please contact our support team by email or phone. Make sure to include your booking reference number and travel date. Our customer service team is available 24/7 to assist with your request.

Refunds

Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Important Notes for Travelers

  • Always check the specific cancellation rules for each tour before booking.

  • For transfers outside Hurghada (Makadi Bay, El Gouna, Soma Bay, Safaga), cancellation fees may vary.

  • If you booked through a travel agent, please refer to their terms in addition to ours.
